On Thursday, July 11, 2024, 11th Circuit Court Judge Brian Rahilly signed a court order approving updates to the lake level order for Indian Lake. The updated order sets the winter lake level at a 12-inch drawdown and allows lake level variations due to weather. It also established a new special assessment district that includes almost 700 property owners around and near the lake.
